Rabbit in headlights

I don't know which way to run today, but I do know

I want to escape from work

Because I need to have a good hard cry

So I feel panicky

Because I'm keeping it in

And I don't know how long I'll succeed.

Only got 45 minutes till I go to see my counsellor ...

... breathe, breathe, calm down. Be still ... and it will pass.


  1. I hope you got a chance to have a good, healing cry. That panicky feeling of needed to let out all the sadness can be so overwhelming. Keep breathing!
